Amazonian mushrooms are an ancient strain that originated deep in the Amazon rainforest, they were collected from especially large and healthy mushrooms. It is unknown which mycologist originally collected this strain but this popular strain has been domesticated for over 50 years. Since then cultivators have further isolated and refined the culture, and it now boasts fast-colonizing mycelium, and large, dense fruiting bodies. The Amazonian mushroom strain generates some of the most positive feedback found online, in regards to both breathtaking cultivation, and the experience elicited by consuming the harvest.

The physical characteristics of this strain typically include thick, dense stems and large golden reddish caps, often split at the margins.

Low Dose: 0.5-1.5g

Medium Dose: 2-3.5g

Full Dose: 3.5g+

Remember that this list is just a reference, and you’ll need to experiment to find the right dose for you. With Amazonian mushrooms, you’ll want to start low and go slow. That means you should take less than what you think you need. We recommend beginners try 0.5 to 1 gram for the first time. For experienced users we think that around 2 grams should be a good start.
